Surface systems // Tokyo underworld

Funyoru

Building freedom with AI.

A two-layer creator universe: clean AI systems above, cinematic Tokyo nights below.

Core signal

AI creates freedom. Tokyo gives it physical form.
Manifesto

AI is not the destination. Freedom is.

The surface world builds calm systems for intelligence.

The night layer remembers what those systems are for.

AI creates time and freedom. Tokyo nights give that freedom a physical form.

About

A Tokyo-based AI creator building toward a freer rhythm.

Funyoru is a public notebook for tools, ideas, workflows, and experiments around AI agents, personal automation, and future workspaces.

The direction has two worlds: a clean surface of agents and structure, and an underworld of atmosphere, recovery, emotion, and sensory freedom.

Surface / Underworld

By day, I build systems for intelligence. By night, Tokyo reminds me why freedom matters.

Funyoru has two layers: the clean AI surface where agents, workflows, and build logs become structure; and the human night layer where rain, neon, reflection, and silence turn reclaimed time into experience.

Surface World

Clean systems for agents

  • AI agents and future workspaces
  • Automation, structure, and clean interfaces
  • White paper-cut agent universe visuals
  • Learning in public
  • Surface Logs, Agent Notes, and Build Notes
Underworld / Night Layer

Human sensory freedom

  • Tokyo nights, rain, reflections, and blur
  • Recovery after systems work
  • Emotion without performance
  • Gray, black, and muted purple atmosphere
  • Night Logs about what humans do with freedom
Visual memory

A UI facade for Surface and Night.

The front door now follows this Image 2 direction: a mature Surface operator, dark archive chrome, and a quiet Tokyo Night layer held in purple rain.

UI facade Surface operator / archive / Night

This is the current front-door identity: paper-white operator intelligence, cold blue archive structure, and a Night layer that stays cinematic and human.

Surface visual Paper-relief agents

White paper, soft shadows, calm operator shapes, and the feeling of intelligence organizing quietly.

Builds

Artifacts from both worlds.

Surface systems create time. Night reflections explain why that time matters.

01

Agent Workspaces

Surface-world environments where agents read context, run tasks, and organize work quietly.

02

Personal Freedom Systems

Automations and reusable workflows that protect attention, reduce drag, and return hours to life.

Night Layer Diaries

Reflective notes from Tokyo after the systems close: atmosphere, recovery, and sensory freedom.

Signals are learning their smallest route.

Current work is refining Agent Workspace Zero: deciding when a signal belongs on X, in a note, on the homepage, in private memory, or in silence.

Notes / Logs

A continuous Tokyo AI diary.

The archive is becoming the center of Funyoru: systems, agents, build records, and night reflections accumulating over time.
